"A nice woman, friendly and yet distant, has this colleague from the group of civilian investigators at his side," thought the counselor on the occasion of a farewell party of a colleague from the municipal administration into retirement. With the typical bad city wine, the Viennese 'Schmäh' (a sarcastic humour) is well smeared to slip the way down to the terrain where the Austrians feel at home: the sexual potency showing-off. The potency show was underpinned by wordplays referencing that the structure of thinking is caused by the Austrian usage of words. Jokes such as that the word tourism means in Austrian German 'Fremdenverkehr'
